For clients located in the areas near Charlotte, NC or Dalton, GA - we would love to meet in-person at your location. We are also able to virtually serve clients who are located anywhere in the US.

Website Design & Development
We are a Wix Partner, which gives us access to all of their tools and capabilities. We begin our website design process by researching the best online functionalities that are best suited to your type of business. We'll suggest concepts and features for you to consider, and propose a few site layouts for you to choose from as our design starting point. From there, we customize fonts, colors, plug-ins and design elements especially for you. The end result is a great looking website that's unique to you and your needs. Plus, all of our websites are optimized for desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
We offer domain management as a service to our clients. We can help you purchase a new domain if needed. If you already own your domain name, we can transfer it to our business account. This enables us to manage all of the back end settings needed to set up your site on your behalf. We'll handle all of the renewals to ensure that you never forget to make a payment and don't have to keep track of where you host your domain name. We act as a holding agent only - your domain is always your asset to own.
Logos & Branding
We offer different levels of logo and branding options based on your needs and budget.
For many clients, a simple approach is sufficient. We take our inspiration from you - using your business assets as our starting point. Many of our clients provide us with business cards, letterhead, photos of signage and we run with it to design your site. We'll create a text and icon based logo as part of our package, or incorporate one you already have.
For clients needing more extensive branding support or a complex logo design, we partner with experts in graphic design and visual branding to elevate your site design.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Our site design and launch process includes a checklist to optimize your site for search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT, so more people can find you online. We ensure that:
We include relevant key words and tags to help search engines find and crawl your site
Your Google business listing is up to date. We'll create a new listing if your business isn't on Google yet
We submit your website to Google and Bing for search indexing
A favicon (the small image in bookmarks and browser tabs) is created for your site
All of the other important technical details are complete (we won't bore you here...)
We offer online ads in partnership with an advertising and placement specialist. Ask us for details.
Copywriting & Photography
We work with our clients in a variety of ways based on their unique needs. Some of our clients are very hands-on and enjoy writing the copy on their site. Others ask us for help with the wording. We offer copywriting services to make building your website easy for you. Once your site is live, we can provide a portal for self-service updates, or do them for you. Our goal is to serve you in the best way possible.
We provide on-site photography services to clients located in the greater Dalton, GA or Charlotte, NC areas. Based on your needs and budget, we'll either handle the photography in-house or recommend an appropriate photographer. If you prefer to submit your own photos, we'll gladly use those too.
Branded Email Addresses
Complete your online branding by using a professional email address aligned to your domain - you@yourdomain.com
We partner with GoDaddy to offer branded email addresses to our clients. Access your email through an app on your phone, a web browser or your desktop. We offer plans with different amounts of storage using the Microsoft 365 platform. Mix and match products based on the needs of your different users.
